Our Process
Your Path to Ownership
How It Works

01. Intro Call
Start with a friendly conversation to explore the exciting opportunity ahead. This is our first chance to get to know one another. Should we agree that we both want to start this exploration it will kick off our online application.

02. Executive Call
Meet one of our executives to learn more about the vision of Cooper’s Scoopers and the path ahead. This call will provide you with more information about the vision and answer some of those more detailed questions about how we operate.

03. Application
Identify potential territory for your Cooper’s Scoopers franchise and let us know you’re interested in moving forward by completing our application paperwork.

04. FDD

05. Validation & Background
This phase is where we will answer any final questions you may have about the opportunity including territory, introduce you to current franchisees in the system, and verify the details shared with us to make sure we are ready to start building your Cooper’s Scoopers franchise.

06. Discover Day
Attend a Discovery Day to meet the executive team and discuss the system firsthand, giving you a better sense of the company’s culture and whether it’s a good fit for you.

07. Sign Franchise Agreement
Sign the Franchise Agreement to officially become a part of the Cooper’s Scoopers family and start your journey as a franchise owner, with access to ongoing support and resources to help set you up for success.
